I had the opportunity to spend a day talking with one of our largest customers.  Sales flew me out of phoenix, 3 hours early in the morning at 4am, and flew me back late at night getting home around 11pm.  All in all it was a REALLY long day.  The opportunity was to try to get them as a beta customer,  but I ended up learning quite a bit about marketing VPLS and Ethernet.  while over the Grand Canyon and talking to the guy seated next to me and he was visibly impressed I was going for just the day.  It was a breeze going through security with only a laptop bag.  Read more...
